Personalization
Each design can be personalized with either a first or last name. While we recommend using the personalization intended for the design, we're flexible! If you find a last name canvas that you'd prefer to personalize with a first name (or vice versa), we can make that happen.
If you're unsure about what personalization to add, simply include a note with your order. We’ll also reach out if we notice any missing details, like a date where one is usually included, to confirm whether you want to include or exclude that feature.
Please note that the established fonts and colors in our designs are not changeable, as this helps maintain our workflow efficiency and ensures consistent quality control.
If you're looking for a custom, non-exclusive design, we can accommodate that as well. Custom designs may involve an additional design fee.
Design + Production + Shipping
DESIGNING
| Non-Personalized Designs:
For non-personalized items, we get started right away—usually within an hour of your purchase.
| Personalized Designs:
Enter your personalization details as instructed in the product options and place your order. We will create a proof image for you to review, which will be emailed to you within 1 to 4 days.
| Custom Designs:
Want something more custom? Contact us before placing your order. We accept custom requests based on our workload, and some may require a design fee and a bit of extra time.
PRODUCTION
Everything we make is handmade to order—no ready-to-ship items here! Production typically takes 5 to 8 business days after your order is placed, or after your design is finalized for personalized/custom items.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the “Lower 48” United States!
| Outside the “Lower 48”:
Currently, we aren’t shipping outside the 48 states due to shipping delays.
| Transit Time:
Shipping times vary by location and item, usually taking about 3 to 5 business days after production. Keep in mind, transit times are estimates and can be affected by carrier issues beyond our control.

Digital Prints
After you purchase a digital download, we’ll send you a mockup within 24-72 hours, depending on our workload. We understand you may need it quickly, so we prioritize digital orders.
Once you approve the mockup, we’ll email you from hello@inthishaus.com with a high-quality PNG file.
You can print your file at home, at a local print shop, or through an online canvas printer. However, for the best results, we recommend printing only in the sizes listed in the design options.
We are not responsible for the print quality from other providers.
